2.Shipping Locations

– We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.
– International shipping is not available at the moment.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

– Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
– You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Timelines

– Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
– Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5-10 business days.
– Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays, such as weather conditions or courier issues.

5.Shipping Charges

–Standard Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

6. Order Tracking

– Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your shipment via Shiprocket’s tracking portal.

7.Failed Delivery & Reshipment

-If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery.
– If the order is returned to us, reshipping charges will be applicable.

– If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
– We will initiate a replacement or refund after verification.
